Product Description

Function: EGR cooling system is a device set up to reduce NOx emissions from automobile exhaust gas, and is a key component of the exhaust gas recirculation system. Under engine running conditions, a small amount of exhaust gas is reintroduced into the intake valve. The exhaust gas is a non-combustible gas (without fuel and oxidizer), which does not participate in combustion in the combustion chamber and reduces the combustion temperature and pressure by absorbing part of the heat generated by combustion in order to reduce the amount of nitrogen oxide generated.
Our  company has developed various structures of EGR coolers, including tube type, plate type and fin type, with excellent welding quality and high heat transfer efficiency to meet the needs of various models.
